All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
Orders will not be processed until full payment has been received. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Mar & Terra reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All shipments will be sent via standard ground shipping unless otherwise specified at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For any items not in stock, estimated lead times will be provided.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receipt only with prior written approval. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
USE OF IMAGES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES
Use of Mar & Terra images or brand content requires written permission. Approved retailers, designers, or media partners must request authorization and may be asked to sign an Image Use Agreement. Unauthorized use will be subject to legal action.
SELLING ONLINE
Retail partners must receive written authorization to sell Mar & Terra products online. We reserve the right to revoke this authorization at any time, especially in the case of poor site design, discounting below MSRP, or unauthorized third-party listings (e.g. Amazon, eBay). Authorization will only be granted after account review and signing of our Online Retail Agreement.
