RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Exchanges

At Mar & Terra, we aim to make returns as smooth and straightforward as possible. While we do not offer direct exchanges, we recommend a quicker and more convenient option: return the item(s) you no longer need and place a new order for the pieces you love.

 

To start a return, please submit your request within 7 days of receiving your order by clicking here[your return portal link]. Once your return is approved, item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days of the date of authorization. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

 

We stand by the quality of our products and hope this streamlined approach helps simplify your shopping experience. Please refer to our full Return Policy below for step-by-step instructions on how to return an item and receive a refund before placing your new order.

Returns Policy

We must receive your return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 10 days of receiving the return authorization.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable insurance. A Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) is required for all returns. Please refer to the instructions above to request an RMA and start a return.

 

We kindly ask that you package your return carefully. Mar & Terra is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return shipping. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance.

 

All returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

 

Made-to-order and Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.​

  • Napkins must be packaged in their original plastic bag with tags. 

  • Placemats must be returned with tags in their original plastic bags.

  • Tablecloths must be returned with tags in their original plastic bags. 


Any used, damaged, or altered items, or anything Mar & Terra considers questionable or does not comply with our Return Policy, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. 

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the items returned and any applicable sales tax only. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.

We cannot accept returns of items purchased from other stores or websites that sell our products. Please contact the original place of purchase for their return policy.

Sale items are final sales and do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments.
